For using Safari which is an internet browser found on apple iphone we need to be connected to internet and for that you need to contact the customer care service of your sim card company. Then ask them to enable internet. After 24 hours it will be connected and then go to settings>network>on everything like 3G and WiFi. Then you can even install applications from app store like Facebook, Google, Skype, Various games etc.
