Google Shopping is an added feature to Google. Its an awesome and fabulous feature. It is not that, that Google has its own store for selling products, but when you search for any product (mostly electronic gadget) you will get sponsored ads at the extreme right side written "Shop on Google" with its rates written in your country's currency. Those products are from various website selling products online and you can even compare the prices from the other sites.
You can even get the latest gadgets that are not launched in your country, but launched in other countries delivered at your doorsteps. I found it a very useful feature on Google.
